Pool Rules

  1. Admission to the pool is limited to members only. Members & their Guests must check in, and out, on the app.

  2. An adult must accompany children under 10 years old. Unattended children 10 and over must have a signed waiver with contact information on file. If you have not already completed the appropriate forms, please complete the CONSENT, RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY and Emergency Contact forms and return them to the Head Lifeguard or any Board member.

  3. NO glass containers.

  4. NO dogs or other pets allowed in pool area.

  5. The use of disposable diapers is prohibited; only approved swim diapers may be used in the pools.

  6. All children who are not toilet trained must wear swim diapers in the pools.

  7. NO running or rough play in the pool area.

  8. NO swimming in the diving area unless the boards are closed by the lifeguards.

  9. NO diving in shallow water.

  10. NO Frisbees allowed in pool area.

  11. NO Pool Noodles, unless as part of a specific, supervised Swim Team practice activity.

  12. NO rafts, floats, balls, water guns, etc. during crowded conditions.

  13. NO fighting or profanity. Violators will be required to leave.

  14. NO gum allowed in pool enclosure.

  15. Do not drag pool furniture across the deck.

  16. Bathers must shower before entering or the pool.

  17. Please hose off after playing outside the pool enclosure.

  18. No children allowed in the clubhouse unless accompanied by an adult (enforced at your discretion)

  19. Lifeguards are not responsible for watching children in the baby pool.

  20. Baby pool usage is limited to children 5 years old and under.

  21. Swimming during “Adult Swim” is limited to persons 16 and older.

  22. There will be a 15-minute adult swim at a quarter to the hour, every hour.

  23. Report all injuries to the lifeguards.

  24. NO water balloons allowed in the pool area.

  25. No smoking inside the pool enclosure/ Persons who smoke are asked to be considerate of other members and children and dispose of their cigarettes properly and safely.

  26. Smoking and alcohol are prohibited at swim meets.

  27. Please place all waste materials in the proper disposal containers.

  28. Public drunkenness will not be tolerated. Alcoholic beverages should be consumed in moderation.

  29. Personal conduct in the pool and clubhouse must be such that the safety of the individual and others is not jeopardized.

  30. Damage to Club property, including trees and shrubbery will not be permitted by any member. Member’s children or guests who cause such damage shall be responsible for such damages.

  31. Premises must be vacated at closing time.

  32. NO Soliciting.
