If you still haven’t paid your dues, you must do so now. Please note that your dues must be paid in full for your children to participate in our swim meets. Checks can be mailed to PO Box 80056, Chamblee, GA, 30366 or you can pay online at www.gainsboroughpool.com via Paypal. Please note, Paypal charges a ~ 3% credit card fee that will be added to your total payment.

Swim Meet information
Our first swim meet is this Tuesday, May 25th at home. The pool will close at 4pm on days we have a home swim meet. Our other home meets this year will be on 6/15 and 6/22.
League Registration
If you haven’t registered your Stingrays swimmers with the league, you must do so before the first meet. Please register at the following link (you do not have to register Nemos, just Stingrays): www.atlantaswimming.com
Practice Schedule
Swim practices are scheduled for Monday-Thursday 9:30-11:00am and 6:00-7:30pm next week. Starting the week of 5/31, practices will be held Monday-Thursday 9:30-11:30am and 5:30-7:30 pm. Nemo practice begins 5/31.

T-shirts
The 2010 Stingrays T-shirts are now available. Hopefully you were able to pick up your T-shirt at the tye-die party on Saturday, 5/22. If not, your swimmer’s shirts are in the pool clubhouse. Extra Youth and Adult T-shirts are available for purchase ($10.00 ea.) if brother, sister, Mom or Dad would like a T-shirt to help support the Stingrays. If you know of a family considering joining Gainsborough, sitting on the fence about joining, or that you are courting to join, please contact Dawn Adamson at dawn.adamson@harrynorman.com or at (770)454-8395 to receive a packet of information to share. The referral reward schedule and time frame is as follows:
• First new member (single, couple, or family) joins by June 30th
– $25 referral fee
• Second new member (single, couple, or family) join by June 30th
- $35 referral fee
• Third new member (single, couple, or family) join by June 30th
- $50 referral fee
• Any members (single, couple, or family) joining after June 30th
- $25 each
10 and over waivers
Unattended children 10 and over must have a signed waiver with contact information on file. The 2010 waiver accompanies this newsletter. Copies can also be found at the pool.

Memorial Day Weekend Party
Come celebrate the beginning of summer at Gainsborough Pool,
Sunday, May 30th! Start off the pool season with a potluck dinner at 4:00.
Publix fried chicken will be served. Adults $4, Kids $2. Please bring your
drinks and a side dish to share. To make sure we have enough food, please RSVP to the evite.
MCMC Family Pool Party—The Murphy Candler Mom’s Club (MCMC) will be hosting a Family Pool Party on June 6th, from 4-7pm. The pool will be open, but members should be aware that they will be a large number of guests at the pool during the party. Extra lifeguards will be on duty during the party.
