RentalTo schedule a party at Gainsborough Pool, or to reserve the grill area and/or clubhouse, please contact the pool manager at: reservations@gainsboroughpool.com .
Print the attached Rental Agreement Document (below), which is to be mailed with your payment.
In addition, complete the attached Lifeguard Form (below) if you are requesting additional lifeguards for you party.
All Forms and payments (except guest fees) must be received by the pool manager at least 14 days prior to your party in order to guarantee lifeguard availability. Guest fees may be paid the day of the party once a final headcount of non-member guests is obtained.
